This course is designed to equip Seventh Day Adventist Medical Missionaries with the knowledge and information to build skills needed to serve and minister for sin-sick souls. Providing them with pertinent information on medical terminology, assessment skills, and emergency medical information to help them recognize and fulfill care needs in various contexts. It is tantamount to giving them the knowledge of a trained health provider without the legal implications of diagnosis or treatment. At the end of the course, it is the hope that the students will recognize their offering as medical missionaries and properly identify themselves as equipped by God's grace to finish the work as the right arm of the Gospel.

Most people call me "Jass."

I'm a Board Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner. I have training and certification as OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner in Women's Health and Asthma, Allergy and Immunology. I currently work as a Primary Care Provider seeing patients from months' old to the elderly.


I am a wife, mother, and a Seventh-day Adventist Christian who loves the Lord Jesus Christ and believes He is coming soon.


This course is born out of a burden of many years that I believe the Lord has placed on my heart.


This burden is, that every SDA Medical Missionaries should be taught to go a little further than the basic knowledge of simple remedies and application of herbs to learn more about recognizing normal and abnormal patterns in health, learn how to check for certain abnormal states that may cause diseases so they can offer more knowledgeable help to people in the communities they serve.

Although this course is written with SDA Medical Missionaries in mind, I believe that everyone-including mothers, fathers, Certified Nurse Assistants, Home Health Aides, Nursing Students- EVERYONE- can benefit from the contents of this course.
